Use your W number or Social Security number.

• Your default pin is your birthdate in the format MMDDYY (i.e. 050772 for May 7, 1972). 
• Remember to enter the leading zero for single digit month and day. For example, the month of May would be entered '05'.

If you need your password to be reset or additional support please make sure you have provided us with your First and Last Name, W Student Number.  Please do not provide us your date of birth or your SSN over email. Please send email to helpzone@clpccd.org
