To use Canvas, you must be registered for a class, presently or in the past, that used Canvas. The class can either be at Chabot College or LPC. 

Username: Your Username for Canvas is your W number (begins with a W followed by 8 digits). 

·    Your Username cannot be changed. 

·    If you do not know your W number, please read how to find your student # instructions. 

·    Password: The default Password for Canvas is the first two letters of your first name, followed by the first two letters of your last name (all lowercase), followed by the last four digits of your W number.
 

·    Example: Maria Valdez with a W number of W98765432 would log in as:
