The following benefits are available to eligible employees of Chabot-Las Positas Community College District:

Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)
For benefit-eligible employees hired beginning January 1, 2013, the District contributes into a HRA for the employee's use for medical expenses after retirement. An employee is vested in their account after 5 years. The District contributes $200/month into each account for full-time employees or a pro-rated amount for employees with an FTE of at least 0.5 but less than 1.0.
