NOTICE OF TELECONFERENCING IN COMPLIANCE WITH EXECUTIVE ORDER N-25-20

Please take notice that Trustees may participate in this meeting through teleconferencing in compliance with the Executive Order N-29-20:

  • The District is providing members of the public the ability to observe and address the meeting by telephone. Please call [1.669.900.6833, Meeting ID 273449200 and follow the prompts to join the meeting]
  • All votes taken during the meeting will be by roll call;
  • The meeting will be conducted in a manner that protects the statutory and constitutional rights of the parties or the public appearing before the legislative body.

        The Board requests that the public speak at this time on any agendized Closed Session matter of concern. Individuals will be called upon to speak by the presiding officer, with the assistance of the Board Secretary due to the utilization of teleconferencing.
